Yesterday, my girl craved for plain porridge for lunch. So I decided to prepare plain porridge. But, porridge without yu sheng is very strange. So I went to the market this morning to look for Ikan Parang. Very happy able to find fresh one.
Here is my Raw Fish Porridge.

After the porridge is ready, it time to slice the fish. It requires a bit of kungfu to slice it into very thin slice...less one millimetre.
